Terms & Conditions
Our International Shipping and Mailing Address
Physical shipping and mailing address is the exclusive property of RAPID AVIATION.
The Customer is not the owner of the shipping and mailing address.
The Customer is allowed to ship to and/or mail their goods, letters, catalogs, etc. to the address provided if their membership status is in good standing, as approved by RAPID AVIATION.
Physical access to shipping and mailing addresses is allowed based on consultation with RAPID AVIATION only.
Prohibited Commodities
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- All contraband as outlined by delivery location’s customs website
- Items deemed to be unlawful
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Works of art
- Firearms and ammunition
- Explosive and flammable items
We are not involved in the trading of goods and act only as a facilitator. RAPID AVIATION is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect purchases, items that don’t match descriptions, or performance variations by the seller.
All purchases done by us on behalf of the client are the client’s sole responsibility until such items enter our network.
RAPID AVIATION is not liable for loss or damage to customer shipments before received at the warehouse.
Liability
RAPID AVIATION accepts no responsibility for cash losses or items delivered to the wrong address or stolen before reaching our facility.
We are not liable for delayed mail or package delivery to our facility.
If found liable for consequential loss, the maximum settlement for an uninsured shipment is US$100.00.
RAPID AVIATION’s Claim and Settlement
Total liability is limited to US$100.00. Insurance coverage up to US$1000.00 is available, and higher amounts can be arranged through a third party. Contact our office before placing orders of higher value.
Claims for shipments valued between US$100.00 and US$1,000.00 must be submitted in writing within 20 days of the incident. Losses or damages must be reported within 24 hours.
Customers are required to inspect shipments upon receipt. Failure to report damage or missing content immediately may affect claim processing.
Customs and Other Clearance Charges
Authority to Act as User’s Agent
By using our website or services, you authorize RAPID AVIATION and its affiliates to act on your behalf for the acceptance, transport, importation, and delivery of packages.
We may make declarations and valuations on your behalf based on information you provide or that is found in the shipment.
Reimbursements
The customer agrees to reimburse RAPID AVIATION for:
- Customs duties and taxes (local and foreign)
- Associated clearance charges
- Other unspecified charges related to the shipment
Payment for Service
The customer agrees to pay all RAPID AVIATION charges for clearance, handling, and other related services.
Items not collected within 30 days may be auctioned, discarded, destroyed, or disposed of.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
All services are non-refundable. This includes:
- Parcels received
- Warehouse storage
- Freight forwarding
- Delivery
We are not responsible for merchant errors. Users must handle returns, refunds, or exchanges directly with the merchant.
We do not facilitate exchanges. We will assist with returning items to the merchant if they are still at the U.S. delivery address. Return charges and labels must be provided.
Delivery Policy
1. General Information
We receive shipments twice per week via Caribbean Airlines:
- Packages delivered Mon–Wed by noon → Cleared Thurs → Delivered Sat–Mon
- Packages delivered Thurs–Sat by noon → Cleared Mon → Delivered Tues–Thurs
Delivery timelines may vary due to natural disasters, flight delays, or holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
2. Delivery Address Preference
You may add two addresses (weekday and weekend). Your default address will be selected based on day of delivery.
Sunday deliveries are only done during high-volume periods or for special circumstances.
3. Delivery Address/Location Change
Cut-off time for delivery address changes:
- Friday at 5:00 PM
- Monday at 5:00 PM
Changes cannot be made the morning or day of delivery.
4. Express Delivery
Available in select areas, between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM for $1000. Requests must be made via email by 4:00 PM on Monday or Friday.
